Cancellation policy

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled start of the tour.
Or, you can receive a full refund if you cancel up to 24 hours after the time of purchase.

Re-Schedule

You can re-schedule the date or time of your tour up to 24 hours before the scheduled start of your tour.
If you re-schedule a tour, the cancellation policy is applied based on the time and date of the original purchase of the tour.

Meteorology

If the weather creates a security concern, we may cancel the tour. If this happens, it will be refunded in full.
